We offer a 24-hour return policy, which means you must request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused

• The product must be in its original packaging

• Proof of purchase / invoice must be provided

• The product must have a manufacturing defect only that prevents it from functioning as intended

⚠️ Returns are accepted only in case of a manufacturing defect.

Non-returnable Items

Since returns are accepted exclusively for manufacturing defects, returns for any other reasons will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
Once a return is approved, customers may place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
